Ontario’s Accessible Customer Service Standard is now the law.

Businesses and organizations that provide goods or services to people in Ontario are now legally required to make their customer services operations accessible to people with disabilities.

The legal requirements of the standard are set out in two Ontario Regulations under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005
